Cooking classes are taught with step-by-step guidance from Chef Gina! Each month classes are added to the calendar and require pre-registration to ensure minimum number of students are attending and proper ingredients are available. Description of Classes:
There are different classes available. Recommended ages are based on experience in the kitchen.
*Chef & Chef Jr.: Young beginner chefs are encouraged to join the class with their guardian. Great for adults who are trying to encourage their younger chefs to learn new recipes while making delicious memories together.
*Chef Jr.: Let's Bake/Cook!: Those who have a bit of experience and are at least 10 years old should register! There are two different classes focusing on either cooking or baking so be sure to check the planned recipe. Parents are welcomed to join for these classes however, not required if child is over 10 years old, has an interest in the kitchen and has assisted somewhat in the past.
*Adult Night Out: (Formerly Date Night Out) Adults over 21 (duos, singles, couples, family members, etc.) are welcomed to sign up. Leave the kids home and bond over a new experience or come and make a new friend. Bottled water is provided, however, you are welcomed to bring a beverage of your choice.

Beginner Knife Skills Techniques

For Pasta Night this month, we will welcome spring with a

Raspberry Cupcakes & Buttercream Frosting - $70 per person

Beginner friendly recipe: we will work on our
baking techniques to create vanilla cupcakes from scratch and
fill with raspberry preserves. While the cupcakes cool, we will
make buttercream frosting from scratch, with a choice of
color and added flavoring.

Cheeseburger Fried Raviolis - $70 per person
Trendy Recipe!
For this beginner style class, we will create a cheeseburger filling
with Chef Gina's favorite enhancements then repurpose wonton wrappers to make stuffed raviolis.

Beef & Cheese Empanadas - $130 per duo
A Party Favorite!
Work together with your younger Chef & learn to make a fresh empanada dough from scratch. While the dough rests, we will
make a flavor packed beef filling with a Puerto Rican-style
sofrito and add cheese. Option to use cheese only if desired.

Shrimp Mofongo - $80 per person
Latin Night
Let's create one of Chef Gina's Puerto Rican favorites! Learn
how to make a shrimp mofongo with white rice and red beans

Although this is a beginner class, let's work on a few techniques: breading station, sauce making, cross contamination awareness,
and layering flavors! Breaded chicken cutlets are covered with a
fresh made marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, layered in Hawaiian bread rolls and topped with a garlic and herb butter.

Can't you just smell this?! With basic pantry ingredients, we will
make our donut dough from scratch then learn how to properly
fry and garnish.

Sweet & Smokey Shrimp Street Tacos (GF) - $130 per duo
For this class, students will learn how to assemble various components to create delicious street tacos with toppings and a Mexican corn salad.

Chimichurri Steak w/ Roasted Veg & Flan Caramel (GF)- $160 per duo
For this class, we begin with the dessert! Learn the tricks to a
balanced flan with caramel from scratch. Option to take yours
home! Then, we will create a flavor packed Chimichurri sauce,
learn how to remove that chewy, fibrous part of the steak (and
what it’s called), and work on some knife skills for our roasted vegetables. Bottled water is provided however, you

Chicken & Kale Sausage with Ricotta Stuffed Tortellini - $150 per duo
As always, pasta dough is made from scratched! While the dough
rests, we will prepare the filling to then create fresh tortellini.
The chicken & kale sausage will be sauteed and finished in a
brown butter sauce and topped with shaved parmesan.

While the butternut squash is roasting, learn how to make tortellini from scratch , then combine to make a delicious tortellini. Toss with sausage in the flavor packed sauce and enjoy!

With all the BBQs on the summer's horizon, let's learn a recipe that is sure to please the crowd! With the help of the popular Instant Pot, we will make a flavorful BBQ pulled chicken and pair with Hawaiian slider bread, cheese, and a yummy honey slaw.

Skirt Steak Chimichurri with Fried Plantains &

Mac & Cheese with Chicken Tenders - $50 per person
This is a beginner class full of techniques! Also, favorite dish for any cheese lover! In this class, we will make a delicious cheese sauce to toss with our whole grain pasta then bake to perfection! Skip those freezer nuggets and let's practice our breading technique!

Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp with Fresh Whipped Cream - $60 per person
This is one seasonal dessert you have to try if you haven't yet! The combination of streusel with sour and sweet is very flavorful. While it bakes, we will practice our whipped cream technique, learning the common mistakes to avoid to make the simple yet delicious topping.

Learn how to make pizza dough & marinara sauce from scratch then add your favorite toppings.

Husband Appreciation Day!
Herb Crusted Salmon with Mushroom & Spinach Risotto - $120 per duo
Learn how to easily remove the skin from the salmon and create and herb crust, then layer flavors to make a flavorful & creamy risotto. Bottled water is provided, however, you are welcome to BYOB. Fettuccine pasta is made fresh from scratch and paired with Adam’s market fresh vegetables and topped with herb & garlic marinated & baked chicken thighs. Paired with a fresh Caesar salad. Bottled water is provided, however, you are welcome to BYOB.

Learn how to make banana bread from scratch! Additional ingredients available to make your favorite flavor combination. Make one & take one! We will also make a delicious cinnamon butter to add another level of flavor.

Chocolate Lava Cake with Fresh Soft Serve Ice Cream - $50 per person
Which is your favorite flavor ice cream? Be sure to let the chef know when registering! We will make soft serve from scratch and while it freezes, we will bake off a delicious chocolate lava cake.

Back by popular demand! For this class we will go over all of the
basics and more about knives: how to hold, store, sharpen, and
use properly. We will also go over the different style of knives
and cutting techniques that are sure to make your meal
preparations much easier (and faster!)
